This interactive training plan is available for purchase individually for non-injured runners that are not looking to change their mechanics but want to improve their pace and endurance.

Over three weeks you will adapt your body to allow recovery while still running. This is accomplished by fluctuating between intensity levels.

*Recommended programming 3 sessions per week over 3 weeks.
